The total cost is €24.99/month excl. VAT, or €19.99/month excl. VAT on the yearly plan — €239.88 excl. VAT billed once upfront — and website creation is free. There is nothing else to pay: no setup fees, no hidden fees. The only paid option is the online booking module, at +€5/month excl. VAT.
Everything a professional website needs to run is included in the €24.99/month excl. VAT: site design, hosting, connecting your domain name, the security certificate (HTTPS), technical maintenance, routine content updates and support. The yearly plan adds a free CDN for faster loading. Optional: the booking module at +€5/month excl. VAT.
Because we work the other way around: we identify craftspeople and shopkeepers without an effective website, then prepare a complete first version of their site before any first contact. When we reach out, your site already exists as a private preview — you judge on the result, not on a promise.
Your site is usually live less than a week after you say yes, often much faster: in most cases the first version already exists before our first conversation. All that remains is applying your change requests, validating together, then publishing.
Yes: you request changes from the preview stage, before paying anything, and your site keeps evolving afterwards — routine content updates (text, photos, opening hours, prices) are included in the subscription. Just send us a message and we take care of everything.
If you brought your own domain name, it stays yours: you keep control of it and take it with you. Your content (text, photos, business information) also remains yours, and we provide an export of it. The site itself (design, code, hosting) is part of the subscription service. The exact terms are detailed in our terms of sale.
You can cancel at any time, on both plans, with no fees and no justification. Cancelling simply stops the renewal: your site stays live until the end of the period already paid — the end of the current month on the monthly plan, the end of the paid year on the yearly plan.
You have 14 days after payment to change your mind and get a 100% refund, on the monthly and the yearly plan alike. A simple message is enough: we refund the full amount paid and the subscription stops immediately.
Really none: the price displayed is the price paid, €24.99/month excl. VAT or €239.88/year excl. VAT. We never charge creation fees, setup fees, activation fees, maintenance fees, cancellation fees or administrative fees. The only possible extra line is an option you explicitly choose, such as the booking module at +€5/month excl. VAT.
No, none at all. There is nothing to install, configure or maintain: we build the site, host it, secure it and update it for you. To change anything, you send us a message — that's it.
Our prices are shown excl. VAT because our offer is reserved for business customers. In practice, if you have a valid intra-EU VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism: you declare French VAT on your own return, where it is generally deductible at the same time — a neutral operation for most businesses, and one your accountant knows well.
