You can get a full refund of your Firmavio subscription within 14 days of your first payment, and cancel at any time at no cost. The service is delivered online: no physical goods are shipped.

This policy applies to Firmavio subscriptions sold by TropicaThai LLC: the monthly plan at €45 incl. VAT per month and the yearly plan at €450 incl. VAT per year, paid in advance.
No physical goods are shipped. The service — creation, hosting and maintenance of your website — is delivered digitally, online. There are no shipping costs and nothing to return.
Within 14 calendar days of your first payment, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, no questions asked. The guarantee covers both plans, including the €450 paid for the yearly plan.
A refund cancels the subscription immediately and takes the website offline.
Email us at admin@tropicathai.com with your business name and the email address used for the order. We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
The refund is credited to the card used for payment. Depending on your bank, it shows on your account within 5 to 10 business days.
Both plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, with no fees or notice period: from your customer account (the “Manage my subscription and invoices” button), or by emailing admin@tropicathai.com.
Cancelling stops the renewal. Your website stays online until the end of the period already paid, then the subscription ends: no further charge is made.
On the yearly plan, we send you an email reminder between 3 months and 1 month before the renewal date.
After 14 days from the first payment, amounts paid are no longer refundable: a period that has started (month or year) remains due. You keep access to the service until the end of that period.
Any amount charged in error — a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount — is refunded in full, whenever it is reported.
When you cancel, we provide an export of your content (text, images, logo). A domain name you brought with you remains yours.
